Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support. The Administrative Assistant will assist with scheduling, document preparation, communications, and general office operations. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop or similar platforms is preferred but not required. 
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
  • Support project tracking and follow-up on assigned tasks and deadlines.
  • Handle basic expense reports and invoice processing.
  • Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Support the internal marketing team with scheduling, organizing promotional materials, coordinating campaigns, and assisting with internal communications initiatives. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
